OUR YEARLY / QUARTERLY / WEEKLY MEETING PULSE


Our company is built and runs on a very specific meeting and goal rhythm. Annual and Quarterly offsite planning meetings yield vigorous discussions, process improvements and individual measured goals for each person that are accounted for to the group at regular intervals. Each week we hold a leadership meeting and department level meetings that follow the same well-honed agenda, The meetings allow for problem solving on day-to-day issues and examine each participants quarterly goals and key performance indicators.

The outcome is a well run company where everyone knows their roles and works in harmony to manage and grow a large portfolio of complex buildings that serve our tenants who in turn pay excellent dividends to our investors.

Graceada Partners is built and has been run for several years on the Traction EOS Operating Model. This approach creates a weekly, quarterly and annual planning and accountability rhythm that is aligned with the Firm's well-defined goals and culture.
