Logan Sheffield

Logan is a Managing Director, Institutional Capital Markets at Graceada Partners and heads the firm’s institutional capital markets efforts.  In addition to his capital raising responsibilities, Mr. Sheffield also focuses on enhancing the investor experience through designing and implementing processes that professional investors expect when working with a fund manager.

Early in his career, Logan spent time at industry leaders JP Morgan and Trammell Crow Company. Upon earning his MBA, he joined global private equity firm Partners Group where he worked directly on the real estate team. While there, Logan analyzed over $7 billion in fund and secondary investments opportunities that featured various strategies, property types, and geographies. Additionally, he underwrote investments and completed special advisory projects for institutional clients such as CalPERS, CalSTRS, and other large institutions.

Most recently Logan was a Managing Director at PEG Companies, an opportunistic manager that sponsored closed-end, commingled real estate funds. While there, Mr. Sheffield was responsible for the institutional capital raising efforts of the firm.

Logan received his BS in Finance from Brigham Young University and his MBA from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
