Matt Yelland
As Graceada Partners’ CFO, Matt Yelland is responsible for the firm's financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor reporting. Matt is a thoughtful and humble leader who brings significant practical and industry knowledge to the team.
Matt has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, having held various CFO, Controller, and other senior financial roles at companies such as Bright Development and Pulte Homes. Prior to joining Graceada Partners, Matt was Vice President of Finance for John Hancock Farmland Services, where he oversaw a $3 billion portfolio invested in United States agriculture across 19 states.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from CSU Stanislaus. He is Treasurer for the Escalon Lion's Club and serves on St. Patrick's Catholic Church Finance Committee. Matt has an appreciation for old cars and has his own small collection.

What do you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy spending my off time with family, friends and working with community organizations such as my local lions club where I currently hold the responsibility of club treasurer. I also enjoy working on my family farming operation and I take pride keeping an immaculate yard.
